High Glades Medical Practice

Can never get a call from a doctor. If they do it's at inappropriate times (that are stated on my file to NOT call at) receptionist is rude, doctors don't stay long, they forget about you. Turn engage consult off early every day!!! Joke of a service.

I discovered some moles when I returned from holiday. Within three days I had a face to face appointment. The telephone service was very good and the doctor's diagnosis was speedy and sympathetic.

Phoned Friday and couldn’t get through. Phoned constantly Monday and eventually got through in evening to be told to phone this morning. After 84 times of ringing today someone answered and told me I needed to phone at 8.30am! I explained I had and this was the first time they answered. Could I not at least be given an appointment for another day. Eventually I have been given a phone consultation for 2 weeks time but couldn’t be given a time. I just hope that I’m not busy with a customer when they ring!

Always got an appointment for me or for children when needed. If no appointment been given phone consultations. On one particular occasion. GP rang up to keep in touch over the course of day/following days to make sure my son was Doing ok, kind thoughtful doctors nurses and reception staff.

High Glades excellent. Just a suggestion - why not put a couple of benches for the early morning 'waiters' in the porch? Maybe an infra red heater, like at home.

Problems related to blood test results and slightly raised PSA levels

Since transferring from another practice I have been so impressed with the professionalism and care offered by all the members of the team at High Glades.
