told to leave as "they do not do walk ins"
I have several chronic illnesses and this one particular day a couple of serious illnesses (Diabetes and Chronic Pancreatitis and Diverticulosis) caused a pain overload, Nausea and feeling very faint, Hot and slightly possibly delirious, i drove to the surgery as i live very close and panicking said can i see a doctor as soon as one becomes available. i was told: "WE DONT DO WALK IN'S LOVE" and resumed their work on the keyboard. I left and part fainted by my car, i got in and sat for about 15 mins being sick. I went home and spent 8 days in bed with hot feverish periods and extreme pain where i THINK my diverticulosis is. I noted the big board outside the practice says they are open MON to Fri 8.30 till 18.30 which they clearly aren't. this is NOT the first time and am completely ignored, i asked recently if they have an advocate to speak for me as i now have MCI and scored high for dementia. awful place and badly skilled GP's. i am scared and don't know where to turn to get help as NONE of my illnesses are being treated.
