Inglewood Nursing Home

Very disappointed with the level of care and safeguarding. The food was very poor and unappetising. The general cleanliness of the home was well below what is acceptable. There is a lack of communication, which other reviews have commented on. On a positive note there are some staff who cannot be faulted, but the CQC report is very accurate with its description of not well led.

This is a fairly good Nursing Home. Care has been very good for my Father. However, communication could be better both with me and between staff. Quiet highly priced and incurring extra fees for transport etc.
