Seen in timely manner; initiative on part of receptionist and doctor attentive and caring

Fast and efficient

Attended for an xray. Arrived 15 mins early. Friendly and helpful receptionist. Was called after being in the waiting area for about a minute. Left the hospital 8 mins before my appointment was scheduled to start. Very fast and easy.

Re-Assuring

Waited a little over for appointment, but worth the wait as the doctor was very re-assuring & kind. Was honest & transparent about anti-biotics.

30 minute wait; cv checked; nurse took history of acute concern; seen by paramedic; polite, efficient, friendly, reassuring and helpful. Followed advice and condition resolved in following days.
