The wait for prescriptions is terrible queues often out the door. Doesn't appear to be a regular pharmacist any more just lots of different locums. (The gp surgery next door is also in chaos and affecting pharmacy. On your repeat prescription is says or 2 days in advance but in reality they are taking 4 days to process)

I went in to check my monthly repeat prescriptions were ready, took half an hour of looking to tell me they weren't so I went back next day. Go to front of queue quickly but it took them 45 minutes to find it.

I am ill and in chronic pain this wait totally exhausted me. Because my carer had already wasted one and a quarter hours she did not have time to make my medication in daily boxes so I have messed up my meds twice this week already. I'm scared to try another pharmacy in case they mess up but I am going to have to even though my carer and I will have to travel further. This pharmacy was very good, if busy, but this has changed in the last few months since the regular pharmacist went away.
