I receive information from social media

I have had little contact since 2019 when I had my last diabetes review, one set of blood test and blood pressure in 2020 and not heard anything since then.

I have always spoken to a doctor or healthcare practitioner if necessary and they have gone above and beyond under the current circumstances

Poor communication

Phone - chronic kidney disease telecall - 2 hours no call. Nurse didn't know why was in. Other example (overheard) told no GP/Nurse available - go to A&E!!
