Lovely, helpful staff but poor script svce

The staff are always helpful and friendly, when you can to speak to them.
They do not attach messages to say "out of stock" or "to follow" etc. Their delivery service is excellent but it can sometimes take a good week to receive prescriptions after ordering online. (Is the surgery slow too?) Difficult to park so I depend on the phone to chase them up, which I have to do regularly, and they rarely answer the phone. It just rings and rings then terminates.
