Disappointed with front teeth filling

As a child, I went over the handle bars of my bike and chipped my front two teeth. It was filled in on the NHS and is something I've always been conscious of. Twenty years later, I felt some of the filling was wearing thin so decided to get it done at Lewes mermaid dental care. I was informed it would be £150 per tooth but was prepared that it would be worth the cost. The appointment was 25 minutes late but again these things happen. As soon as the treatment started I explained that the filing was extremely sensitive and uncomfortable to which the dentist asked if I'd like it numbed. I explained it wasn't painful but more sensitive and I didn't think it would help. The sentivity was so uncomfortable I said I would try the numbing but it didn't help at all. I felt the treatment was quite 'slap dash' and ended up with water all over my face and wishing it were over. Sadly, the results were quite overwhelming and only a few weeks on I can feel a huge rough patch on my tooth where the thickness differentiates. I am so disappointed and feel I'd have actually been better off leaving it how it was in the first place.

My daughter and I saw the Dentist this morning. The practice was very efficient at booking us in. We had a very person-centred examination with different care options and prices. The dentist's approach was very collaborative. She explained the next steps in terms of wait times and costs. It was a very dignified experience overall!
Arrived to be informed appointment cancelled

Tried to call in advance from opening on the morning of my appointment to see if the appointment was still valid (have cancelled numerous appointments previously). Said they were closed so left a message and tried again and again to call but no answer.
Arrived to be informed appointment was cancelled and that I should have been informed.
Shocking service and and cannot seem to get the basics right.

I'm very needle phobic,went as had 3 broken

I have 3 broken teeth ,I had a huge abscess on one ,i got 2 rounds of antibiotics,when I went for appointment the dentist didn't even look in my mouth ,couldnt refer me for gas sedation, just told me to phone round
