Saw both dentist and hygienist , both were very pleasant and gave helpful guidance as to future care

Initially offered an appointment in advance, but due to cancellation was able to be seen sooner. The reception staff and Dentist were all very efficient and the filling was restored.

I have had regular appointments and am very happy with the service they provide.

Reopened as soon as possible and attended for a routine appointment on the date set six months before. They always phone the day before your appointment to remind you which is great.
Their infection control procedures were always good but are now even better.

Wasn’t quite sure what to expect for a routine checkup and hygienist appt, but all good! Felt really safe and as always excellent appt.

Staff are friendly and kind as well as the dentists being highly professional and caring

As a nervous patient I have found it difficult in the past to maintain regular preventative dental treatment but can honestly say, my treatment at Oak Lodge has been excellent. My anxieties have been dealt with sensitively and with complete respect. I am involved and in control of my treatment plan; and at all times I am made aware of what treatment is available on the NHS and what I am contributing privately towards.
