Bit of an ongoing issue involving multiple appointments over 5 weeks. OK i had to hit redial a number of times and wait in a queue to make an appointment but never more than 20 minutes. Allocated telephone consultations the same day and also one same day face to face appointment. Used email to send relevant pictures. I was very satisfied with the process and my treatment.

Can take ages to get an appointment. Some of the receptionists don't seem to be very experienced in giving Patients results - I have been registered with the practice for 27 years and have nothing but praise for the GPs and nurses

Not just me but friends and family, firstly appointments are impossible to get, then if they can't put any name to what's wrong with you even if their tests show you are not right and they agree there's something wrong but unknown they just give up on you! Know of at least 5 people walking around not knowing what is exactly wrong with them because they assumed their GP would tell them and fix them as that is supposed to be their job.

Very quick to get an appointment. Receptionists are quite helpful.

I've been with Park for over 20 years, the new premises are customer friendly, nice big waiting area. New appt triage service is excellent, saving the need for appt when general medical condition. Doctors are good.
Medical advice received has always been good.

New appointment system is very labour intensive when you work full time. It is not always possible to have your phone on you for a telephone consultation before being given an appointment.

Superb GP's and a triage system which means you get to speak to a doctor the same day. Lots of other services available in this comprehensive, gold-standard facility.
