Need to change drugs suppliers

Several times over the last 2 years they have been unable to supply some of the drugs prescribed. This happened firstly with a drug prescribed by a hospital doctor, then now an everyday anti-biotic prescribed by GP surgery. We then managed to get them easily from another pharmacy a short distance away, with no effort. We were told that they had not been able to get them " for some time", whereas the supplying pharmacy either got them or had them in stock.
Should Procters diversify to other suppliers?

Drugs prescribed by eye hospital impossible to obtain, but easily obtained by another pharmacy.

Non availability of prescribed medication

When a pharmacy has two branches in the same town and a monopoly, you would expect them to be able to fulfil regular prescriptions. Not so here. For the SECOND time we have had to drive to another town as they have no stock of a particular blood pressure medication. Not good enough, sorry!
