Need to change drugs suppliers

Several times over the last 2 years they have been unable to supply some of the drugs prescribed. This happened firstly with a drug prescribed by a hospital doctor, then now an everyday anti-biotic prescribed by GP surgery. We then managed to get them easily from another pharmacy a short distance away, with no effort. We were told that they had not been able to get them " for some time", whereas the supplying pharmacy either got them or had them in stock. Should Procters diversify to other suppliers?
