In December 2018 after a diagnosis of an impacted wisdom tooth causing cavities on the neighboring tooth, I was referred for surgical extraction in Jan 2019. I was sent for an x-ray, which my dental practice did not download so the referral was not only delayed but my new dentist at the practice had to make a new referral.
