Rubbish service cant get appointment

Since moving to rock n ore roebuck surgery as got worse, no family doctors anymore no chemist near by in old town . Appointment system is rubbish wouldn't recommend joining.
Shocking triage system to access a GP

It is nearly impossible to get an appointment with a GP due to their “triage” system....mental health is totally ignored at this practice and I have no idea what they deem as an emergency!!
