Removal of surgery clips

September 23, 2019

Following back surgery, I have been discharged into the care of my GP at Rye Medical Centre. The clips on the wound need removing on this coming Friday or the following Monday and on contacting the surgery this morning they have told me they are unable to do it as they do not have any appointments. They referred me back to the hospital in London where the operation took place saying the duty of care was with them!

Try and book online appointments and 1st appointment in 3 weeks ...Really you could be dead !!!!!!!

Dr Kondagari is the best! Other Dr's I have seen there are not so approachable, don't have the time of day to listen and usually run very behind! Reception staff can be hit or miss..some are lovely, warm, helpful and even smile in the flesh and some make you feel like a massive inconvenience and don't seem very happy to be there! Pharmacy staff are lovely, always helpful and most are happy. Nurses that I have personally seen are very nice.
