No customer service skills

September 18, 2019

Went to collect a prescription from the pharmacy. They had not given enough tablets so went back to query. It was clearly their mistake but there was no apology. Pharmacist didn't have any customer service skills and had an attitude. Slammed down my prescription on the counter. There is no need for this appalling service.
