Appointment cancellation

I arrived at 12 55 for my 1pm appt at 1 10pm l was informed l could not be seen as previous appt was going over the time allowed for appt so l had a wasted journey and still hearing aids not working. Yet l am told l cannot go elsewhere as l am tied to Scrivens for 3 years which allows them to treat NHS clients as they do l will never go back to them so l have hearing aids that are not of use
