Poor access to GP

August 19, 2021

Exceedingly difficult to access GP. Phone at 8am, engaged tone until 8.45am, then suddenly I am 13th in queue! How does that happen time and time again?
Once through to reception am then told all bookable appts for that day are gone!! How does that happen?
Please, can someone tell me what has happened to our GP service? It has gone downhill so much and I don't believe it is still ''because of Covid''.
