Tel surgery gave my symptoms to receptionist

After a short wait I was surprised to be put through to Dr. I explained in detail exactly how I was feeling. She said a prescription would be sent to my pharmacy and explained clearly what I should do and not to hesitate in getting back to her if my health didn't improve.

The standard of care provided to me by the doctors and nurses has always been exemplary and the reception staff very polite. I have never had any cause to complain about any aspect of the care I have received.

All staff are friendly and helpful

The staff seem to know most of their patients by name before you give your name. Dr Lewis and the nurses greet you with a smile.
