Excellent and most convenient.

Online consultation submitted late Tuesday evening. Surgery rang early the following morning. Prescription rung through to my nominated pharmacy, collected and treatment started the same day.

Have to go very regularly, mainly to see nurses, and am impressed by their friendliness and efficiency and their willingness to ‘go the extra mile’ even though they are working under intense pressure.

Never can get repeat precriptions says to early i cant always get there im disabled and need my painkillers

Every time I try and get an appointment I get told to call at 8am. They don’t take future appointments, and even phoning at 8am I can never get a same day appointment. I give up with the surgery and trying see somebody because even knowing There’s something wrong I can’t ever see anybody. The surgery should be in special measures.

Took me 3 days to get an appointment and when I did I've got to wait 2 weeks!!
Phone system isn't working

I have tried 11 times to try and get through to the surgery. Everytime the automated system answers, I instantly get cut off. It's unacceptable.

Caring lovely GP, great nurse and very helpful reception staff. This is my experience over the last week, but in general an excellent practice.
