lack of care from doctors.

Trying to get an appointment is difficult, even sent a letter a week ago to my doctor and so far have had no reply, prescribed wrong drugs at one point, they don't seem to care that I am suffering constant pain.
No one seems to answer the phone!

Been phoning for 40 mins now, no answer.
When you do get through, you're told a Dr will phone you back at some point. That Dr will often prescribe you medication over the phone without bothering to check you out. This surgery has been going down hill month after month. It's ridiculous....made worse by their recent merger with another surgery.
