Really helpful

I have had a red mildly sore eye for about 10 days, and although getting better, was concerned as still red and inflamed. Phoned the optician to see if they could offer an appointment for some advice, and they offered an online consultation there and then.
Gave advice on how to deal with and said if not better within a week, phone again, and they will review and if needed get me an appointment at the opticians
