Unable to answer a phone

I am unsure at this point because I have been trying to get through on the phone all morning and it's not answered

I have paid in full but not received any treatment yet. Telephone not answered, voicemail full and e-mails ignored. Have been trying to get a chipped front tooth fixed for six months. Told bill had not been paid to lab. and my impression had not arrived.
Disappointing

When we first registered pre Covid the service and staff were very good. Post Covid a different story. Appointments often cancelled, no after school appointments available- according to staff that is the NHS fault?! Discrepancies in treatment plans. Overall not good.
FOUR CANCELLED APPOINTMENTS IN A ROW

I've had 4 appointments cancelled in a row! I'm beginning to think this is a personal.issue because I decided not to follow through on a referral for an implant. Don't bother trying to get on their books.
Friendly and efficient, also fully accessible

Helpful reception staff, with friendly caring dentist. Fully accessible for wheelchair users. Always seen at appointment time.
