Although the pharmacist was obviously very busy never felt rushed . Had a consultation giving me a doctors referral letter which enabled me to get dr appointment and antibiotics . Very professional.

One lady remembers our name is welcoming ,friendly, the other one has no smile or welcome and shouldn't be working with customers. She is downright miserable! Also they leave you waiting ages before they come and serve you. Glad we have moved away.

The staff always welcome me with a smile and remember my name. Even if the prescription is not there they will go above and beyond to help get it sorted out. I get a text to say it's ready. The staff are kind and respectful at all times.

I had my prescription sent direct to tesco on a Monday and I don't go to collect until Friday to allow enough time to have my 2 lots of cream put together. Friday afternoon arrives an it's still needs to be put together and I have been waiting 1.5 hours and recieved terrible attitude from the person behind the counter. I have not been rude or pushy.. I have done my weekly shop while I waited so it was totally unacceptable for the attitude I received

No one answers the phone , waited 10 days for a repeat proscription and then it wasn’t made up and items missing , this is only the second and last time I will use them

Nothing is to much for the staff.

A very miserable lady with an attitude reluctantly served me - no greeting or eye contact yet she’s been there years - obviously not enjoying her work!

Every time I attempt to collect my prescription there is some kind of problem. Most recently I was told that the doctor's surgery had not issued the prescription so I had to go there, to find that they had and go back to Tescos again. I was told they DID have the scrip but there was 5 mins wait. Had a coffee, went back to find that they hadn't got the items I needed. At that point they had been in possession of the ship for a week and had apparently not ordered the items. On that occasion, it took four attempts to collect my prescription. There always seems to be a lot of scurrying around trying to find the paperwork too.

Dropped my repeat prescription request at surgery mid-morning on Thursday. Happened to be at Tesco about 7.00pm on Monday so called at Pharmacy on the off-chance that my medication would be ready.Yes it was!
