As a family member of a patient

My relative has been treated within two other NHS Trusts, and the Hellingly could learn a lot from them on respecting patients and appropriate medication. I think the CQC must have very low expectations to rate it as 'good', particularly when it scored under 7 and 8 for some things.

Health in mind helps me to bring out all the bad things that have happened to me in the last few weeks and I have been feeling very happy on most of days and most times I have been feeling upset with everything around me.
