frustrating

unable to get through on the telephone, unable to make appointment to see/speak to anyone for at least2/3 weeks, drugs prescribed that instructions state should not be take with current condition
Frustrating hold for call to be answered

All morning I was ringing the reception at The Meads Medical Centre regarding a prescription issue, and every time it said “the line was busy” - I tried on multiple mobile phones!
When I finally got the normal automated intro, I was on hold for 15 minutes.

Always struggled to get any appointment, almost impossible. Different explanations given by different staff as to when someone should call for an appointment. This has always put me off from (trying) to attend so rarely attend (the last time was about 3 years ago)

Compassionate caring and efficient. Major weight loss and sickness dealt with quickly with follow up calls.

I had blood tests recently. The staff were great in supping me to under stand what my results meant, and were friendly.

Haven't been to the doctors for many years, but then a few issues have come all at once!
Saw a nurse practitioner, who was amazing. She listened, she didn't rush me, she was sympathetic and i have come away really impressed. So much so, I asked to see her for my follow up appointment, rather than feel I need to see the doctor.

I had to get some prescriptions for my wife, but was unsure about what I needed to show as proof of ID.
The pharmacy staff were friendly, informative, and treated me well.
