Very helpful and understanding.

I had to wait 5 weeks for Universal credit, and had no food, gas or electric. The food bank weren't much help. The Salvation Army made sure my kids and I were registered for everything we could be, brought us regular food parcels, and even brought a cake and presents for my youngest daughter's birthday. I don't know how we would have survived without them.
