Always a sense of disquite. Will they help?
Always a sense of disquite before I arrive at Saxonbury. Will they be helpful this time? Usually the front desk are not friendly. How does it make sense that EVERYONE must telephone at 8am to be heard? Expect the phone to be answered around 8:40 when doctors' appointments are full. Try your luck tomorrow. The inflexibility and willingness to help is overridden by rules, even by doctors who should be understanding, so do not expect sympathy or common sense. Will the doctor be at work on the day you need the appointment; usually when they are needed most. Why is there not a "standby doctor" to fill in when there are no more appointments. Why cannot a "slip-in" appointment between appointments be made? Why does it seem the patients are there to keep Saxonbury House in business? I feel that patients' wellbeing is low on the list because rules are first and last.
