All staff in Resus, Ward 32 etc

If it wasn’t for A & E Resus staff and Neurology Consultants I wouldn’t have survived this event.
Cannot thank enough the Staff in A&E, Ward 32 staff, house-keeping and catering team were all excellent .

Hernia repair

All very well handled. About six months wait between referral and the operation but at each stage, a date for the next stage was set immediately after the previous stage. At no time was I left just wondering what was happening. On the day of the operation, it all went like clockwork. Excellent staff all with a very caring attitude .
Traumatic Experience

Poor communication, no consistency of opinion from staff, no joined up thinking topped with long delays in tests and empty promises. Discharge was badly handled

I had to visit my elderly mother in hospital but was told I had to wait 3 hours until visiting hours started and i live 1.5 hours away
