Terrible experience

I was distressed by the behaviour of a locum GP who has now been moved on from the practice.
Never been allowed to see any GP

Joined surgery about a year ago. Have asked to see a GP about 25 times and have been refused every single time as they are "too busy". I have therefore never crossed the threshhold or met my GP. DISGUSTING.
My mother 87 years old unable to be seen

My mother has an infected hand, which was dressed at walk in centre on Sunday and given antibiotics. She was told to go to her own practice to have it looked at /redressed on Wednesday. When she phoned the surgery she was told nobody was available on Wednesday or Thursday. She then tried walk in and they couldn't do Wednesday and told to call Thursday as they may have space. No idea where she goes if they can't do it!
Lack of communication

Dealing with the surgery on behalf of an elderly frail family member has been challenging at least and impossible at most.. No review of medication, lack of GP support, no follow up and different messages has been frustrating and upsetting for the whole family. Now feel the surgery has given up on them.
Getting through to reception.

On the morning of the 14 th February at 8 30 am I tried to telephone for an appointment , it took me 40 mins to get through. I find this not acceptable.

I have always been looked after by this surgery very well. I have been today for a B12 injection and check up by a doctor no problems whatsoever
