White Rock Dental

We have been with this dentist practice for years but since the current dentist has been there, we haven't been able to make an appointment. With no warning, they took us off their NHS register. The current dentist saw my children once and he was rude about them. Said maybe they should come separately as they were a tiny bit silly. They were nervous and scared and he did nothing to help them feel comfortable. They even had the cheek to say we can be put on their waiting list. We should never have been taken off it in the first place.

After having a bad experience with another local dentist, I was recommended White Rock Dental Practice by a family member. I was able to get seen to promptly, and Dr was terrific, he kept me informed and updated throughout my examination. Was very gentle and I felt very comfortable throughout. He is very professional, and knowledgeable and no question felt silly, and was met with educated answers that put my mind at ease.

The receptionist was brilliant. Very polite, well mannered and professional.

The whole practice was extremely clean, COVID regulations adhered to.

I couldn't recommend this practice more, it was a pleasure and I look forward to starting treatments with them to get the perfect smile!
