Rudeness

Asked about medication that I never received got a really rude response and got accussed of blaming them for not doing it for me when I never did I am not child and don't expect to be treated like one total lack of proffesinalisum and was told if I didn't like it find another pharmacy been with these many years never experienced it before now

Offhand and subsequently rude

Used them over 20 years. Always call to check prescription ready. Never an issue but recently told I must check with GP, although it transpired they had it. Offhand, rude so moved elsewhere. Down to change of personnel. Pity after many years' good service
