Our Information and Signposting Service is here to help

Our information and signposting team can support you with any health and social care enquiries, such as finding services, seeking advice or making a complaint.

We have access to up-to-date information which we use to signpost to appropriate services in our area.

We are also here to find out about real, lived experiences of the health and care services you and your family use. Contacting us is easy and with our new ‘Live Chat’ option, we can speak to even more people.

How are health and care services for you?

As well as offering information and advice, we also use the feedback you share to build a picture about how health and care services are working for you.

Every piece of feedback you provide on health and care is valuable and it can be anonymous.

Your feedback has real impact with the people who make decisions locally and sometimes nationally. With your help we can improve the services you use.
