Equality Delivery System 2 – Invitation to Grading Workshop

February 21, 2018

The Equality Delivery System 2 (EDS2) is a national framework to support the NHS in delivering personal, fair and more diverse health services to meet the needs of people from all backgrounds, and give local people a greater say in how the NHS is run.

It provides a self-assessment framework to help NHS organisations demonstrate how well they’re doing on this important agenda, and it enables stakeholders to ‘review’ this evidence for publication.

High Weald Lewes Havens CCG is responsible for commissioning healthcare services for its population and we are keen to involve you in a review of our performance of 2 commissioning areas:

  1. Stroke Services
  2. Locally Commissioned Service – Enhanced Health in Care Homes

Your participation, views, feedback and insights are invaluable to us so please do join us at the workshop (or send an appropriate representative) – we look forward to seeing you and working with you. You do not need to be a patient of the service(s) to attend and provide input.

In addition, the CCG would like to hear your views on the proposed CCGs Equality Objectives for 2018-2022.
