Have your say in shaping future NHS dermatology services

May 16, 2018

High Weald, Lewes and Havens Clinical Commissioning Group are proposing changes to your local dermatology services.

They recently held a number of patient engagement events in Uckfield, Crawley, Haywards Heath and Oxted where they heard from people who had used local dermatology services and who wanted to feed back their experience.

As a result of that feedback they now want to focus on two key areas:

– Patients/carers of patients who have recently used dermatology services because of skin cancer-malignant melanoma (MM), squamous cell carcinoma (SCC) and basal cell carcinoma (BCC)
– Patients/carers of patients with a long term skin condition(s)

If you or a member of the family have experienced one or both of these skin conditions then they would very much appreciate your time in completing this survey:

The survey is being launched across the following Clinical Commissioning Groups (CCGs) and will be open until the 4 June 2018:

– Crawley CCG
– East Surrey CCG
– High Weald Lewes Havens CCG
– Horsham and Mid Sussex CCG.

It should take no more than ten minutes to complete.

Thank you in advance for your time and feedback.
