Healthwatch East Sussex  continues to be concerned at the recent media attention related to the non-emergency Patient Transport Services managed by Coperforma since April this year.

We are in discussions with the lead commissioners, High Weald Lewes Havens Clinical Commissioning Group, to seek clarity and to re-assure residents of the quality and delivery of this vital service to ensure that people can get to and from their appointments in time.

We encourage members of the public to share their experiences and this can be done on our feedback centre, online, by phone and through the post.
