Is the cost of living affecting your health or wellbeing?
At Healthwatch East Sussex, we are really keen to understand the impacts that cost of living pressures may be having on people’s physical or mental wellbeing, both directly and indirectly.
This might include changes in day-to-day living such as what people are eating, wider changes in behaviour such as less use of heating or travel, as well as alterations in the use of any health or care services, especially those which have charges associated with them.
We will use this to help decision-makers better understand how services need to be provided to meet changing needs.
