Public invited to Big Conversation Event in Hailsham

March 14, 2016

East Sussex Healthcare NHS Trust is inviting local people to get involved in a Big Conversation event on:

  • Tuesday 22nd March, 6.30pm to 8.30pm, Civic Community Hall, Vicarage Lane, Hailsham, BN27 2AX

Come along and hear how we are improving the quality of care and share your views on what else we could do to improve the patient experience.

This event is part of a series of public conversations about our hospital and community healthcare services to take place across East Sussex.  We are asking local people about their experiences of being treated or cared for by East Sussex Healthcare NHS Trust and updating them on the improvements we have made.

Richard Sunley, Acting Chief Executive of East Sussex Healthcare NHS Trust said: “Through our Big Conversation events we want to share with local people our progress on improving patient care. The conversations are a valuable opportunity for patients and carers to share their views and experiences of care in East Sussex as well as hearing their ideas and suggestions on how we can improve.”
