A&E Path to Urgent Care Report

As some of you may be aware, over a two week period in August, our volunteers conducted a survey in both A+E’s, all three MIU’s, and two walk in centres in East Sussex.
This survey was titled “The pathway to urgent care – Turning up where the light is on a Patients perspective of their road treatment”

Our volunteers did a fantastic job and during this period collected over 600 responses.

Extra Care Housing Overarching Report

Healthwatch East Sussex visited all extra care services in East Sussex, one as a pilot project in October 2018 and the other seven in March 2019. We met with a total of 101 people who live in the extra care schemes.

Non-Emergency Patient Transport Services in Sussex are provided by South Central
Ambulance Service NHS Foundation Trust (SCAS) since April 2017. The performance
