Sent message had text message to say I have a telephone appointment in 2 weeks time.

Cannot get appointment told to phone 111, no,

Phoned 111 number no answer after hanging on for ages, filled in Econsult. This came back saying contact surgery immediately. I phoned back and they gave me a telephone call for next day. I had to go into surgery to see doctor. I have an appointment to att my doctor but have to wait 3 weeks.

Timely and exceptional care

Have never failed to get a same day appointment to see a Dr and the care shown by staff and physicians cannot be faulted. As a family we are lucky to have this surgery as ours
