Pharmacy slow beyond belief!

The pharmacy is ridiculously slow, 15 minutes to collect a prescription that was ready! More staff are needed plus a greater sense of urgency, they don't rush themselves and happily take their time, shocking customer service. Rest of the store the staff are very helpful and friendly

Awful customer service

Waited in line to pick up a prescription. We were told it would be available an hour before we went to pick it up. When we got to the front of the queue we were told they were closing to go to lunch. When I said we were in the queue well before the time they advertised I was told "well we haven't had a break". Now we have to pay to park again. This is a ridiculous excuse. You should at least serve the people in your queue.

Never ready!

I switched to this Boots because Lloyds at Sidley were shutting due to lack of pharmacists for the workload? This again I believe was due to a transfer of xxxxx number of patients from the De La Warr branch which was shut 2 years ago - why - we dont know.
I expected Boots to be efficient but there are long waits in a single queue that sometimes goes out the door and it seems that no one can collect their prescription directly. Having waited in a long queue myself and when I get to the cunter my prescription is not ready. I have insisted at times I must wait due to necessity but offten I am told to come back either l;ater or the next day. I have a very busy diary and this is not always possible and parking can be an issue.
Id really like to transfer back to Lloyds in Turkey Road but travelling to discover it is closed on 1 or 2 days a week is not acceptable either for my time or the planet - having to drive to both! Suggestions welcome.

Staff were very polite and helpful

I collected a prescription yesterday morning and the staff were very pleasant and I was served quickly.

Don't use electronic prescription

Had to go back and forth to the Dr three times to get a prescription. The pharmacy weren't very helpful in assisting me with this and just told me they can't help or provide any information
