I had to have an MRI
I had to have an MRI of my feet. Firstly, the Radiology department lost my request (which had been hand delivered) and wanted to put me to the back of the line. It took considerable complaining on my part for them to accept fault. They did sort it out in the end. I had the MRI, the equipment they use to keep the food in place is poorly designed by people who understand technology better than humans! Nonetheless, all staff were polite, courteous and helpful. I have a variety of conditions that cause difficulty and they were sympathetic and supportive of my needs
