Care was basic, often late
The carers were often very late (up to 90 mins) at the end of the day and seemed to have too many visits to adequately fit into their day. The elderly recipient found them difficult to understand. Care was basic, without the pleasantries of “hello, how are you today?” It seemed that the agency were pushing for much more care than was needed, which was proven accurate as now the care from a different agency is an eighth of what was suggested by them and the recipient is very satisfied with this.
