Worse than bad, fraction of a star.
Before the practice merged into Hastings and Rother Healthcare, it was pretty good. You knew the team, things got done, and more importantly, the phone was answered quickly! Since these new people are running it ,there is a warning message about phone calls being recorded for training and dispute purposes. Dispute sounds like they knew there would be complaints, but it is very aggressive and frankly rude. Leaving this feedback anonymously so we don't get victimised or targeted by the practice.
