Appalling service with repeated errors

Repeatedly unable to make out prescriptions in a timely manner for my grandmother in a care home - these often get lost or are assumed to be part of her monthly medication requiring numerous phone calls and a member of staff/family having to collect as the pharmacist refuses to deliver. My grandmother is palliative and her medication is changing on a daily basis, she cannot wait weeks for it and we don’t have the time or energy to be forever calling to find out where medication is. No concern or kindness on the phone, just arrogance and contempt. Appalling service and we will be complaining to the organisation and requesting that her prescriptions are sent elsewhere. It is hoped the manager of her home will do the same for everyone’s prescriptions as there has been numerous errors.

I ordered a repeat prescription from my doctor to be collected by Kamsons. This has taken over, it was not a week to be delivered and part of my script was not delivered. I contacted Kamsons who stated they would deliver it that day it was not.This took another two days for it to delivered. My previous script was delivered and one box was empty and had to wait days for these to be delivered. As my tablets had run out i was left three days without medication. If that had been a patient with a serious problem this could have been fatal. I have now changed my pharmacy where I hope I will get better service.
