They. always phone before they arrive to say when they will be collecting me. Also give me a time when they drop me off at the hospital, about what time they will collect me. Always very helpful.

I have been using the transport to attend Brighton eye hospital for treatment.The driver always phones to say how long they will be.They have been ready to collect me from the hospital when I have finished in the hospital.Very pleased with the service I have received so far

The service is an essential one

I have used this service quite a few times now because I am disabled. The service is an essential one and the service is second to none. Thank you NHS without you there would be a lot of very unfortunate unhappy people and maybe a lot of people who would not have survived from their predicament

My driver was brilliant. He was kind, helpful and kept everyone chatting away. Shame I had to wait an hour & a half over pick up time but this was because he was overbooked so not his fault!

Has been hit and miss but the latest trip was fantastic. Staff lovely and really caring. Fab!

I am writing this on April 17 and at last, we have a good service, clean ambulance in good condition,well-trained workers who are helpful and efficient.At last, we feel safe. Thank you, commissioners.
Terrible service did not arrive

Booked for mother in law failed to turn up spent over an hour trying to phone she missed urgent appointment at hospital. When I finally got through they didn't even say sorry. Said admin error as not booked in but we had ref number for booking.

The most service I have ever received in my life.
Nearly 2 hours late picking me up and they forgot to take me home. I was sat at the hospital for nearly 3 hours before I realised they had forgotten me.
