Fantastic

The whole staff from the receptionists to the gp's themselves always go above and beyond for their patients. I cannot thank them enough for their support and commitment as they ensure we leave their surgery satisfied. Thank you Dr Sharma and partners

Needed an appointment following on from a visit to A&E the night before.
The Patient Access system works very well and was able to get an appointment for the same day.
I was seen on time and received everything I needed.

Once I manage to get an appointment - usually a phone appointment, and perfectly acceptable as the doctors are run off their feet - I usually get a sympathetic doctor who listens and arranges either a prescription or further appointment as necessary.
Easy referral

My son was referred to the conquest hospital for a blood test. This was dealt with really quickly. I knew exactly when and where to go, and everything was explained clearly.
The phones are getting worse

It seems as if the phone system can only hold 20 calls at a time. Why have a phone on the day process if you can't get through on the day?
Hard to get appointments now a Dr has retired

It has become increasingly difficult to get an appointment since one of the doctors has retired.
The service is great when you see a doctor, but trying to see one is the difficult part.

So difficult to get an appointment. Especially if you work full time.

Keeps sending to wrong surgery

Dr Elias + Partners has 2 surgeries and keeps sending the repeat prescriptions to wrong surgery. They are quick to resolve the situation and sent prescription to the correct pharmacy, however, concerned mix up happened to start with.
Drs are always willing to listen

Having regular appointments over the last few years, I have found the drs supportive & helpful. I am very greatful for his care through a very difficult few years
