Difficult to get to on public transport. Cancelled appointment minutes before leaving home. No information about location. Not very good information and communication. No information on why my appointment was cancelled

Knowing I had a cervical lip, the midwife hoped I'd deliver my son within an hour of arriving. Moving me up to maternity very quickly. Sadly wasn't discharged as quickly as we should of, due to Brighton being diverted to Hayward Heath and the paediatrician being in there doing c sections. Another thing I didn't like, was the fact men are able to stay on the wards with there partners - felt very uncomfortable walking around

Had a check following a fall - am ok - concerned as going away, X Ray was clear. Brilliant service

Had a minor op recently - told I would have to wait 8weeks for surgery. I had private insurance so used this. Had a growth in bladder that may have been cancerous so to wait over 8 weeks would have been very concerning. Fortunately all OK, apart from the wait the service was excellent
