Not friendly seemed fed up and tired

Seemed to prejudge me, patronising. Called out via 111. Coronavirus unable to breathe. SECAMB staff attending seemed fed up with COVID call outs. Dismissive. Later saw a Facebook post confirming above and denigrating individuals for so call wasting their time by calling an ambulance for suspected Coronavirus. Unfair. I couldn’t breathe, ambulance called by 111 paramedic not me. Staff should not denigrate public on social media. I’ve never called an ambulance for myself not once,
Taken care of.

My wife had a dislocated hip. The paramedic arrived very quickly, however, we had to wait for an ambulance from 2pm-7pm (5 hours)

Poor service
June 6, 2016
Patient transport service is poorly organised, wrong type of transport, promised wheelchair has not been provided and patient is often made late for his appointments and returns home late because of delays after treatment - long day of treatment for elderly patients, added to by the long waits for transport.
Rang 999 did not feel confident with operator
April 6, 2016
Operator asking for information to be repeated. Could not assess situation. Could not determine when an ambulance would come
I called 111 after being discharged
November 23, 2015
I called 111 after being discharged from a specialist maternity ward at the Conquest the day before as I was bleeding very heavy again and they sent an ambulance. Paramedics excellent, checked my obs, liaised with ward at conquest and was able to remain at home and not suffer the indignity and excruciating wait at A and E.
