Advice needed re ingrowing toenail

I saw someone this morning at Station Plaza. I have a problem with an ingrowing toenail. They went through all my options and also checked the health of my foot (e.g. heartrate and nerves) to check if I would heal properly if I had a nail removed. Was very impressed with her.

Blood test, weight, blood pressure

I had a bad experience. The nurse taking my blood pressure took it 3 times till she got the reading she wanted.

I'm extremely satisfied with the service my daughter received from their Doctor.
Very experienced, he has lots of knowledge and is really kind and listens to patients.

Very rude receptionnist

My husband had an appointment this morning, he went ahead as I parked the car. When I went in there initially was no receptionist, I then went to another help desk and was sent upstairs. I then spoke to another receptionist who also could not help. I then came down and the front desk receptionist was there so again enquired was the correct place to meet my husband. The receptionist was extremely rude and basically was not willing even to try and help. I was extremely upset and so walked out to be spoken to like that. In position of being the front desk and meeting the public this certainly has to be looked at. I then waited outside the medical centre for my husband.

Enquiry re x-ray

I waited 20 mins to get through. I asked how long do you usually wait to get an appt for an x-ray. I spoke to a doctor 25 May who said he would make me an appt. I was immobile due to a foot issue. I phoned back on 7 June as I had heard nothing. Was told by receptionist I need to make myself I replied why wasn’t I told this by the doctor and was told the doctor probably didn’t know!

No medication no answer I've rung 16 times

I have no medication I've rung 16 times in 5 days twice they picked up and hung up before I said anything I have mental health issues this is disgusting

I was given a prescription for something the pharmacy next day doesn't stock anymore so they sent me to change it to an item they do stock but when I went back over I was told the doctor was on his own and working late and the wait was 3 hours

Drs did not include an item on prescription at the Little Ridge surgery. This was an important medication on an elderly patient.Took 5 days, 4 phone calls 2 visits to surgery to sort out.told it was ready when it wasn't and when finally collected it the date on it was the day i picked it up so there was not one done

Easy to book appointments. Friendly staff.
